The man who entered the store was constantly harrasing my employee and when asked to quiet down began to consistently shout at him. Then I came out to ask what’s going on and calm down but he shouted at me and I asked him to leave. We then proceeded to throw him out as self defence because he would not leave private property and because he was being a public nusense and we feared for our customers saftey

He was on your property and did refuse to leave. If they did you could just say that he was yelling harmful language and refused to leave the store.
