We are living through an era of large-scale changes, that influence our lives, especially: changes in the fields of information technology and the media; but without a doubt, the most noticeable phenomenon is the Social Networks. Social networks are a structure designed for human interaction through technology, they encourage the interaction of thousands of people in real time and have existed since the beginning of time, but their digitization is recent.

The fact that adolescents dedicate more than 12 hours to these spaces affects their concentration, the time they spend at home to study, work and perform their tasks and even their sleep. Which is also a big factor when thinking about your concentration and study.

There are authors who affirm that the use of social networks, if done in moderation, influence positively, because it can also be used to perform tasks, jobs and various collaborative academic activities. The dilemma is to think of a useful strategy to make students aware of it.
