Why were peasants able to afford to move to places where they received better treatment during the Black Death? Question 16 options: Because so many people had been killed in the plague, labor was at a premium. Ideas about the class system were starting to change. There was a new king who allowed peasants more freedom.

    More people being killed resulting in more jobs for strong working peasants
