why should men have to live up to harmful and harsh expectations to be considered men? how is it harmful to their mental, physical, and emotional health? is toxic masculinity just as bad as bodily expectations for women or is it worse? what defines a man?

    First of all, there is a kind of expectation for men that can be so bad that it is stifling. Faced with our extremely macho reality, men are created to behave as such, if they are not considered "men enough", "male chauvinist enough" they are not seen as "men and truth". All this reality and expectation is because of the machismo rooted in our society.

    Even if there is a suffocating pressure for this, it is still very different from the reality of women who are under pressure for absolutely everything. I believe that to be considered a real man it is necessary to respect people, their wishes and not live up to the expectations of other people.
