Even though, in the Article II of the constitution of the country it is stated in general terms that all the executive branch composed by the president, the vice-president, Senate and House of Representatives and the supreme and lower courts, all of them are responsible for the generation, modification and reinforcement of laws, however, as mentioned before all the responsibility relapses mainly on the president of the country.
