Which alleged father, if any, can be definitively ruled out as the child's biological father?

    Your question is a paradox in itself. A father can not be both a biological and a non-biological figure. If the father proves that he has fathered this child, he cannot be ruled out as a biological figure, regardless of legal documents. However, surrogation is a topic deemed to be taboo in this forum.
