When a client accuses a counselor of wrongdoing through complaint with the counselors' licensure board or through malpractice law suit filed in court

the client automatically waives his or her privacy rights and the counselor can reveal private information related to providing counseling services to the client

    The correct answ is no, even after the counselor is sued or in front of the board he cannot shared the information that has been told to him/her by the client.

    Explanation:

    The only reason a counselor can shared the information is if the person is going to hurt themselves or another and they need to protection of themsleves. However, they are not allowed to share any of that thing they have been confied in if this are not the cases.
