Jonah is almost 3 years old. His parents have had some success getting him to go "pee pee" and "poopy" on the potty when he is awake; but because he has not yet learned to recognize his bladder's signals when he is asleep, he frequently wakes up with a wet diaper and wet sheets.

What diagnosis is the BEST for Jonah's problem?
