    The responsibility for that developing that theory and the author is Frederick Herzberg, and this famous theory is called the Two-factor theory.

    Explanation:

    The two-factor theory states that there is an assembly of elements that cause job satisfaction and while a different set of elements will cause dissatisfaction. All the elements act independently of each other. This theory is also known as the motivation-hygiene theory.
