Give two reason why both women and men can became victims of violence

Both can be a victim because no what the gender or age a person will attack if they want. A woman can be stronger than an man and a man is stronger than a woman. It depends on the type of person and also the weapon. If a woman had a gun and the man has nothing no matter his size the woman is more in control. If a man has nothing and the woman is smaller he is most likely stronger and can take her down
