Social facilitation is when people do more work while being watched. Social loafing is someone who actually does less when someone is watching.

Social Loafing: When a person does not show much effort to achieve a goal when they work in a group than when they work alone

Social Facilitation: When a person can do better at simple task when in presence if other people.

So the first one us basically saying a person is less working when n a group of other and the second one is saying that this person can work on simple things when people are around. (: Like?
