Most women at early age usually put off childbirth to the later age of their life cycle. Most times some of them wants to focus on their jobs or because of promotion or sometimes due to lack of courage. some women believes that they can handle both maternity and employment because they grow up amidst people who combine both. Childbirth is a factor women really thought about and sudden pregnancy can change a woman completely and may even affect their jobs. Most women has a supportive attitude while some have a non supportive or negative attitude concerning this issue of maternal employment.
