The Mexican Independence War of 1810 was fought without real leadership or a plan, it was a product of a crisis that stroke the Spanish Empire at the time and allowed many of the independence movements. Despite the United States example, the Mexican independence revolution ended up in monarchy governed by a transplanted king or some other conservative european prince, that was also because the last rebel army was led by a former royalist and conservative. The Mexican Revolution of 1909 had interference of the U. S. Marines supporting the revolutionaries and a wealthy landowner among them, this same landowner ignored the land reform (that was the motivation for the revolution) when he rose to power, was murdered and a General rose in his place.
