    I will go with d. availability of money. The value of value of money in a society is affected by the other three factors mentioned above. You may have lot of money printed but its value can be affected by various factors that lower its purchasing power.

    A factor which doesn't impact the stability of society would be management practices - c.

    The size of the population, the available resources, as well as the available money are, on the other hand, things which influence how stable a particular society will be because they massively influence how the people will react and behave with others.
