Among u. s. adults who change their religious affiliation over the course of their life, which is the most common shift?

    The most common shift that is taking place among the U. S. adults is the shift from a religious group to a non-affiliated group. It was observed recently that the population of people attending a mass in a Catholic church is dramatically decreasing and this could be a "symptom" of religious shifting taking place in the U. S.
