The correct answer here is: To use all means necessary to uphold the resolution.

    Explanation:

Through the United Nations Security Council Resolution 1441, which was adopted during a United Nations Security Council meeting on November 8, 2002, Iraq, under the leadership of Saddam Hussein, received an ultimatum on the part of the UN members of the Council regarding the demands for disarmament and compliance with the requirements the Council had for a peaceful resolution of the conflict which had been initiated when it was believed that Iraq was preparing weapons of mass destruction, including a nuclear weapon. Also, the resolution foresaw the possible scenarions which would ensue, in case Hussein refused again to adopt the decisions of the Council. And among the cases that were foreseen, was the justification for the use of force, including an invasion of the Middle Eastern country by the United States, and the use of any and all means necessary to stop Hussein from what he was doing.
