    The Supreme Court is the final judge in all cases involving laws of Congress, and thehighest law of all - the Constitution. TheSupreme Court, however, is far from all-powerful. Its power is limited by the other two branches of government. The President nominates justices to the court.

    Because the Supreme Court can check the president and Senate for a law to be passed to see if it constitutional also they are the highest form of court so if you want get something repelled or want a law passed or changes something you can argue your case up their
