Do you think States should be able to recall governors? explain

    Yes.

    Governors are elected by the people to represent the people. It would stand, then, that if the people do not feel like they are being represented by the Governor in the middle of the Governor's turn and if the Governor is not being responsive to the demands of the people, then the people should be able to recall the Governor and have someone better represent the views and needs of the people.
