If a person is under the influence of alcohol and underwent driving, he or she will have to undergo circumstances such as fining or going to prison. But if the circumstances is just under the influence of alcohol and driving but no people were harmed, then the person who is at stake will have to pay a fine of $2,000 because of his or her mistake of driving under the influence of alcohol.
