    The sentence that follows the AP Style Guide rules in which this rule is usually used in means of having a sentence to use lower case letters and capitalizing is only used when needed, the correct answer in the statements given above is letter a, it is because a name is always capitalized where as it follows it does not need as it does not mention anything that needs capitalizing.
