What are the the countries that have limited and unlimited governments

    Limited government has to adhere to law: it's not a dictatorship or absolute monarchy (or a similar system) : example: Serbia, Hungary (despite the accusations), Slovenia

    Unlimited government does not answer to anyone and "can do whatever it wants". Right now it's probably only North Korea, but pro forma some absolute monarchies (such as Brunei and Swaziland) also have unlimited governments (in practice however, they still have to adhere to international laws).
