    Euthanasia is merciful killing.

    Explanation:

The Killing of the vampires is merciful because then the person's soul is released from being a vampire so they can go to Heaven and not keep being a vampire anymore, they were becoming monsters and they wouldn't want to hurt anyone. And by killing them, you are putting them out of their misery.
