Karl Marx would describe their solidarity as " workers share class consciousness".

Class consciousness in political theory and especially Marxism, refer to the arrangement of beliefs that a man holds with respect to their social class or financial rank in the public eye, the structure of their class, and their class advantages. It is a mindfulness that is critical to starting an upheaval.
