    The answer is free black citizens, because they were allowed to vote

    Andrew Jackson was the seventh president of the USA. During his presidency from 1829 to 1837, there were many democratic changes and his influence on American democracy cannot be overestimated. The era he created known as the "Jackson Democracy Era" lasted from around 1824 until the Civil War. Jacksonian democracy brought the two-party system and changed the rules in business and banking.
