Florentine Camerata was a music and drama group in the 16th century Renaissance Florence. The members included: the theorist Vincenzo Galilei (father of Galileo) and the composer Giulio Caccini. Bardi collaborated with them and other Florentine musicians in court entertainments from 1579 to 1608.
