Although it may give him some superficial insight on his personality, it is not a scientifically proven quiz nor should he take it as a serious factor towards choosing a career. People are far more complex than than a binary of 16 personality types and if they retake the quiz over the course of time their results may vary. While he might find the information insightful and may even inspire him to choose a certain career, remind him that the MBTI is not much different than any other personality quiz on the internet and has no reason to define him or his choices.
