Two logistics students, Mark and Sarah, are discussing hazardous material handling. Mark says that placards are signs placed on the outside of a vehicle or container to warn that a hazmat is inside. Sarah says that placards must be placed away from other markings or labels. Which student - Mark or Sarah - is correct?

    Mark would be correct, keeping the placards together on the vehicle or container makes it easier to see and identify them all
