    A division of labour is when one process is divided into many small tasks, such as one person does the inside of a computer and one prepares the outside in a company producing computers.

    The best answer would be "The specialization of jobs" - but we can't choose the answer A because it's not only in the medical field.

    Then the correct answer is B.
