    Let x and y are the integers.

    the product of two integers x and y = (x) (y) = 9

    and their sum = x + y = - 6

    y = - 6 - x

    now put the value of y in the product equation;

    (x) (-6-x) = 9

    -6x - x² - 9 = 0

    x²+6x + 9 = 0

    x² + 3x + 3x + 9 = 0

    x (x+3) + 3 (x+3) = 0

    (x+3) (x+3) = 0

    so, x+3 = 0

    x = - 3

    So, the two integers are - 3 and - 3

    if we multiply - 3 and - 3 we get answer 9

    and if we add - 3 and - 3 we get answer - 6.
