Federalist type of government is bound to safeguard individual freedoms as they are shaped inside the everyday citizens and was to a great extent upheld by them. Likewise, they contradicted the BOR and accepted that the state and constitution are anticipating individual flexibility.

Federalism grants a decent variety of local governments that may manage neighborhood issues. The whole country is not straitjacketed with a uniform strategy to which each state and network must acclimate. State and nearby governments might be more qualified to manage explicit state and nearby issues.
