When can a police officer arrest a suspect in florida? when there is clear and convincing evidence that the suspect has committed a crime when there is a preponderance of evidence that the suspect has committed a crime when there is probable cause to think that the suspect has committed a crime when there is proof beyond a reasonable doubt that the suspect has committed a crime?
