    Explanation:

    In a particular job, there are various factors at various levels that keep the employee retained. These factors dispense the satisfaction to do the given job and play the role of retainer. The poor the quality of these factors, the chances of the employee being satisfied are decreased drastically. In this method, the employee gets to rate the factors on a standardized scale so that the organization gets to know if there is any need for changes in the working conditions or the remuneration given to the employees.
