    State laws and persecution has always rated crimes based on the impact and a way of compensating those Affected, they always consider great justice be it an adult or juvenile.

    It has been common in the law system that instead of trying a juvenile at a juvenile level based on a serious crime has not been fair, a case such as a boy of 17 years deliberately murders 3 kids, this kind of case with definitely be tried at the level based on the nature of the nature of the crime.

    So yes the law has permit such recently, there is a growing trend on this and it depends on the nature of the crime committed
