    The rich people have disproportionate influence in the formation of public policy. The rich because of their money can influence Political position. For example, the activist; El-Hajj Malik El-Shabazz, popularly known as Malcom X was not 'that' rich but was supported by the wealthy groups before he got his ministerial position.
