This can be further classifies into ambilineal and bilateral. When, two persons after their wedding starts their new life in a new home, it is called as neolocality.

When a culture has warfare not commonly and the political group fights for their people, the cogantic descent arises. In this system the children will get relatives from their mom and dad. This type of neolocality and unilateral descent system is practiced.
