    That statement is true

    Each different situations will contain different context. For example, there is no doubt that killing other people, in general, will be considered wrong.

    But, if the killing happen because the victim tried to threaten the killer's family and the killers acted out in defense, the line between wrong and right now become significantly blurry.

    Basically the answer is T R U E, because of the reason people should always look for the situation and think for the solution if it is a problem, they should know if it is a right or wrong. When we were younger our parent are teaching us what is the right and wrong doings so basically we will decide in the situation if it is right or wrong.
