    Job analysis is analyzing the work or process that is to be carried out and by observing factors like activities in the task, requirement of job, attributes that should be needed etc etc to make a decision about the perfect person / fit for doing that task.

    The employee is selected after the assessment made by job analysis and the person persisting the quality, abilities, potential, skill and management to accomplish the task is assigned with that particular job.
