    I believe the answer is: Socio cultural influence on development

    Vygotsky believe that social interaction with other people plays a really huge role in determining how our cognitive skills are developed. According to him, children who grow up and constantly interact with other people who see bad behaviours as normal would most likely perceive theme as normal too as they grow.
