What does Article 29 of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights convey? It is ethical to pay less than subsistence wages, if that happens to be the practice in some countries. By protecting employees, trade unions violate the fundamental rights of stockholders. Everyone has duties to the community in which alone the free and full development of a person is possible. Multinationals can compensate for the violation of fundamental rights by taking up social expenditures. Nations should vary the fundamental rights granted to their citizens based on their respective cultures.

This has a meaning that, it is the duty and responsibility of each and every member of the society to protect the human rights of other members of the society. This means that members of the society should be the watchdog of each others human rights for the comfortable, free development of each individual in the society.
