This is an example of quid pro quo sexual harassment.

Quid pro quo is a Latin expression which meas 'a favor for a favor.' And Jack's behavior is obviously a type of sexual harassment given that his advances are unwanted and uncalled for. So what he is offering her is to have sex with him in change for a promotion and a raise.
