Observers attend a local church and rate the cohesion of members. The observers do not discuss their ratings. Later, it turns out the the observers' ratings are different from each other in most cases. This indicates a problem with what kind of problem with the ratings?

    Inter-observer reliability could be seen as when two or more individuals observe situations or behavior together. The rate at which they would agree would depend on procedures they have set before carrying out their observation, if they didn't have a procedure before doing so they would have different results or slightly similar results due to they monitored the same event but understood it differently.
