    Explanation: The moral right approach asserts that's individual decisions cannot and should not take away the fundamental rights and liberties of any human being. During any decision making some fundamental moral rights should be considered, these moral rights includes; life and safety, due process, free of speech, privacy, consent as well as freedom of conscience. For example, if an employer decides to terminate the contract of an employee, he or she should do so in such away that it doesn't violate any of the fundamental moral rights.
