Technician A says that hoists should be inspected and certified periodically. Technician B says that safety locks do not need to be applied before working under a vehicle, unless you will be working for more than 10 minutes. Who is correct?

    Explanation:

    A hoist is a lifting device, used to lift what us heavy and dangerous for man lift by hand.

    It is a lifting system such as pulleys. This system needs to be inspected periodically to confirm its readiness to be used. Before most of this equipment are used, there must be a document showing the time it was maintained and inspected and who certified ready for use. Because the damaged caused my lifting devices are always very severe so yes technician A is right.
