    This kind of behavior is called "Ethnocentrism". It is judging another culture exclusively by the qualities and guidelines of one's own way of life. Ethnocentric people judge different groups in respect to their own ethnic gathering or culture, particularly with concern for dialect, conduct, traditions, and religion.
