How are school rules similar to state and federal laws? What would the typical American high school be like if there were no rules or consequences for breaking them?

    Both the federal rule and the school rules are made by the authority and they are most commonly for the good of those in the community. If there were no school rules, students would be free to do whatever they want even if these will lead to them hurting other people.
