Research suggests that facial expressions are contagious, meaning that when other people smile, we smile, and when they frown, we frown.

    I agree that this is true. I have made observations in the past and have even tried experiments. It is very true that people will do the same facial expression. I think what causes this to happen is that the person feels uneasy if they are not doing the same facial expression.
