There were a lot of Hurricanes that landed in Canada. The most recent one was named as Hurricane Arthur. It happened last July 5, 2014 and made a landfall on the south western part of Nova Scotia. Hurricane Arthur was a tropical storm, and it brought heavy rains and strong winds causing the Atlantic Coast of Nova Scotia to pound with such fury. During this catastrophe, a power shortage occurred, leaving 1/3 of Nova Scotia’s households and 65% of New Brunswick’s area with no electricity.
