    c. Aggregated (clumped)

    Explanation:

Patchy resources and conditions required by species for their growth and survival lead to aggregated or clumped distribution of the population. Since most of the resources are patchy in distribution, clumped or aggregated distribution is the most common type of population distribution.

For example, the part of the habitat rich in moist soil favors seed germination in it.

The clumped distribution also results from beneficial ecological interactions between species and social nature of the organisms which in turn makes organisms to live in proximity of other organisms that give them any type of advantage.
