In this particular state, real estate agents tend to inspect properties in order to tell their clients of any defects that the property may have. Katherine was Leslie's real estate agent. Katherine never disclosed the fact that there was a leaky roof and Leslie accuses her of negligent misrepresentation. Katherine says show was not aware of the leaky roof and should not be held liable. Leslie says that Katherine should have known about the leaky roof and disclosed the fact. Who is correct in this scenario
