False. In resolving conflict, dealing with conflict states is far more important than dealing with conflict processes.

When trying to resolve conflict, the first thin you need to do is deal with and follow the conflict processes. The processes are identifying the source of the conflict, looking beyond the incident, request solutions, identify solutions both disputants can support and finally, reach an agreement. If you skip the processes to dealing with conflict, the conflict may not be resolved or resolved where all parties involved are happy.
